Return policy
1. Please have your order shipped to a location where someone would be present to receive your package. Please open your package promptly and store the items appropriately as per the instructions on the box.
2. If you are not satisfied with an item and you had purchased the product directly from us via phone, or our website we will be happy to provide you with a replacement or credit back the product purchase price.
3. If you need to return a product, you must do so within 7 days from the day you receive your product.
4. Before returning the item(s) call or write us to arrange for authorization.
5. Please complete and submit the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request which will be sent out to you. We will not accept any item(s) returned or refused without applying for an RMA. Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 3 business days thru Email or Fax with an RMA number and instructions for sending back the item(s). The RMA number once provided, it's valid for 2 weeks only, you must ship the item(s) with the original packing as it was delivered to you. It is recommended therefore not to discard the shipping boxes lest you might decide to return the item(s).
6. No credit is allowed unless the item is returned to us for inspection.
7. Upon inspection of the item(s) in question, once approved, the item(s) will be replaced, or credit or refund will be issued, including the initial shipping charges.
